Close your eyes, My loved one, and breathe in deeply. Breathe in the very reality of My presence.  Fill your lungs to their fullest capacity. Slowly let the air out.

Imagine yourself in the chasm of My love, so full, so tender, so all-consuming. The assurance of such love should bring the joy up in your soul and overflow to every crevice of your body, making it hard not to smile from deep within.  

Such confidence you will have when you surround yourself with this knowledge! Carry it with you throughout the day.  

My joy is made complete in you, My beloved child, as yours is in Me.
