Surround yourself today with the peace of My presence.  Let it invade your very soul. Breathe it in deeply, and exhale all the cares of this world.

How will you know, absolutely know, I am with you?  By your breathing.  I give you life, dear one.  I created you in your mother’s womb.  I formed your fingers and toes, your eyes and hair, and made your heart beat.  When you were born, I had you draw your first breath of air into the lungs I so lovingly designed.

I am the Creator.  You are My masterpiece.  Go through the day with that assurance.  Consciously breathe in My love and presence, and breathe out the pain and loneliness.

I still know every beat of your heart.  I am with you now in this way.  Soon you will see Me face to face.  What a glorious day that will be!!
